Techniques: Stocks and Sauces

Stocks and sauces form the crucial base layer for many dishes and can elevate the flavor profile of any dish you make! In this class, Chef Kelly will teach us the fundamentals of making stocks at home. We’ll also learn about the five mother sauces and practice creating a variety of sauces.
