Tortilla de Patatas- this rustic Spanish potato omelet is a Spanish tapas staple.
Pan Con Tomate- it can’t be tapas without some bread! This toast is simple but extremely flavorful using tomatoes, ham, and manchego cheese.
Gambas Al Ajillo- this garlicky shrimp dish is sure to excite your taste buds with smoked paprika and fresh herbs.
Empanadillas- warm, flaky pastry filled with Spanish seasoned beef
