Brioche is a French yeast bread that is soft, eggy, buttery, and flaky and oh so difficult to resist! Certified Pastry Chef Christi will teach us pro tips for making a delicious brioche with a silky, tender texture. Each person will make Basic Brioche Dough to take home to use in making the chef-demoed chocolate babka. During class, you will use a house-made brioche dough which has chilled overnight to make a snowflake brioche and pumpkin spice morning buns, both perfect for a festive holiday breakfast. Yum!
Bring a child up to age 14 with a Registered Adult for $25. (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to each make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
