Ravioli and Tortellini from Scratch

Let’s have some fun in the kitchen learning to make filled pastas. Chef Christi will guide us through correctly shaping, cutting, rolling, and filling our pasta creations. We will also learn to make some delicious sauces to complement our filled pastas. When we have finished cooking, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labor as we gather around the JAX Cooking Studio communal tables sharing our pastas and enjoying a glass or two of wine.
