Chef Meg has been creating delicious meals using whole foods for years. In this class, she will teach you to prepare a well-balanced French vegan meal that is as inspired as it is delicious and filling. Even if you don’t take this class for the health benefits, take it to learn to cook with vegetables in new and interesting ways!
French Onion Soup- classic and delicious, we’ll change the traditional Gruyere cheese out for our own housemade cashew Gruyere!
Portobello Mushroom Wellington with a Herbed Dijon Sauce- warm, flaky pastry baked to perfection and stuffed with Portobello mushrooms, spinach, onions and garlic topped off with a bright and tangy herbed Dijon sauce! Served with seasonal roasted vegetables.
Warm Strawberry Galette with Whipped Coconut Cream- this rustic French classic will quickly become one of your favorites! Flaky pastry filled with strawberries, and topped with whipped coconut cream while fresh and hot out of the oven!
