Join us this Earth Day for an evening of delicious plant-based eating! Chef Meg has been creating delicious meals using whole foods for years. In this class, she will teach you to prepare a well-balanced Filipino vegan meal that is as inspired as it is delicious and filling. Even if you don’t take this class for the health benefits, take it to learn to cook with vegetables in new and interesting ways!
Lumpia- we’ll be changing out the traditional pork for tempeh, but keeping all the flavor you know and love!
Roasted Vegetable Pancit- one of the most delicious noodle dishes of the Philippines, it’s the perfect vessel for all the vegetables you can handle!
Halo Halo- meaning “mix-mix”, is a delightful shaved ice dessert with sweetened coconut cream and plenty of fruit!
