Pâte à Choux: Eclairs, Cream Puffs, and Savory Puffs

Eclairs, cream puffs, and cheesy gougères. Think these are too difficult to make at home? Think again! In this class, Pastry Chef Elizabeth will guide us in making pâte à choux, the dough that forms the base of all these delicious pastries. Then guests will make some of each pastry to take home to enjoy. Please bring containers to carry your treasures home!
