Enjoy an evening with your friends or family learning to cook some Mexican street food favorites. Complimentary wine and wine-based margaritas will be served during the cooking experience.

Chiles Rellenos with Red Salsa – Stuffed green chile peppers fried in a light and fluffy batter
Adobada Tacos – Thin sliced pork marinated in chilies and spices with avocado crema
From-Scratch Corn Salsa – Bright, fresh, and delicious
Irresistible Cilantro Lime Rice
Mexican Fried Ice Cream – Ice cream with a crispy cinnamon coating (House-made)

$65 per person
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.

Gratuity:  
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
