Meringues and Pavlovas

Learn to create elegant, sweet, meringues and pavlovas. Meringues are crispy and light, crumbling and melting away in your mouth. We will add flavors and colors to our meringues so that they are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. Pavlovas have crispy, thin crusts with soft and gooey insides. Often topped with fruit and whipped cream, in this class, we’ll top ours with chocolate mousse. After you taste these delights, you will understand why the Australia and New Zealand region have branded pavlova as their national dessert!

Registered Adults May Bring a child!
An adult registered for class may bring a minor child for $40 by registering for two tickets and entering the code “Meringues” in the Promo Code box on the checkout page. Adults registered with a minor child will make one recipe of each dessert together.
