Meringues and Pavlovas

Learn to create elegant, sweet, meringues and pavlovas. Meringues are crispy and light, crumbling and melting away in your mouth. We will add flavors and colors to our meringues so that they are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. Pavlovas have crispy, thin crusts with soft and gooey insides. Often topped with fruit and whipped cream, in this class, we’ll top ours with chocolate mousse. After you taste these delights, you will understand why the Australia and New Zealand region have branded pavlova as their national dessert!

Children up to 14 years old with a Registered Adult: $35 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one full recipe of each item together. If you and your child would like to each make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
