Mardi Gras Cooking Party

Kick off Mardi Gras with a fun culinary experience. Learn tips and tricks for preparing delicious, authentic New Orleans dishes. We will discuss the Cajun Holy Trinity, the difference between file and roux, and how to make amazing bread puddings. Then we will get to business preparing amazing New Orleans cuisine while enjoying some wine. After the chef shows us how to beautifully plate our meal, it’s time to enjoy the fruits of our labor!
