Learn how to transform an ordinary meal into a company-worthy meal with the addition of French Mother Sauces. Chef Meg will teach the basics of making these sauces and how they can be transformed into “Daughter Sauces” and used in a variety of ways; giving you the skills to make a wide variety of sauces! Working in pairs (if you don’t register in a pair you may be paired with another guest), each team will create each menu item creating your own saucy feast! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
