Learn to use your Instant Pot that has been sitting idle in your pantry! Chef Meg will teach you to harness the power of this wonderful piece of equipment. Learn to sauté, sear, or steam any ingredient. Use it as a rice cooker, too. By the end of the class, you will understand how to use your machine to make meals that are fast, easy, and delicious.

NOTE: Bring your own instant pot so we can show you how to use it. Each brand of instant pot differs in its settings and buttons. If you do not own an instant pot, you may watch our chef demonstrate how to use the instant pot. The Cooking Studio also has a limited number of instant pots available for guest use.
We end each class with a family-style meal, so come hungry and bring reusable containers to take home left-overs. Instant pot recipes from the evening will be distributed.
