Private Event: Healthy Meal Prep for the Busy Woman

Come enjoy a night out with the girls and learn to plan and assemble several healthy meals in one two hour period by altering the flavor profile of the protein, grains, and vegetables. The chef will demonstrate three dishes and guests making one 2-serving entree to take home (please bring a reusable container!). We provide all the ingredients needed, an apron to use during class, recipes to take home, and three 3-ounce glasses of wine.
