Healthy Meal Prep for the Busy Woman–Make and Take

Let us show you how easy, quick, and affordable it is to prepare home cooked meals while enjoying some time with the girls. We will plan and assemble two healthy, delicious meals in two-and-a-half hours for you to take home and enjoy during the week. We will share tips for altering the flavor profile of your food to create uniquely distinctive meals using the same protein, grains, and vegetables. Flavor profiles to be featured in this class include Southwest and Italian. We do the grocery shopping, set-up and clean-up, and you have the fun while prepping your meals for the week!
Guests will make two 2-serving entrees to take home. You will also enjoy hearty samplings of the chef-made entrees featured in this class. We provide all the ingredients, an apron to use during class, recipes to take home, lots of fun, and three 3-ounce glasses of wine.

Please bring reusable containers for your entrees; otherwise, you can purchase styrofoam containers from us for $1 each.
