Healthy Fitness Meals

Fitness-focused and ready to up your game in the kitchen? Our chef will teach you cooking techniques you can use to create delicious restaurant quality foods, including pasta and dessert. Every person gets hands-on experience. We will be eating what we prepare, so come hungry. Wine included!
All recipes can also be modified for a plant-based lifestyle, please indicate you will need plant-based modifications when you register.
Prosciutto Wrapped Pears — sweet and salty served with an arugula salad.
Homemade Orecchiette Pasta — using almond flour and magical xanthan gum, we will craft our very own pasta that packs a protein punch without the carbs! We serve it with homemade marinara and turkey meatballs.
Homemade Snickers Pie– dates are the superhero in this dessert! Giving us plenty of sweetness with zero guilt! We will also make our own dairy free, refined-sugar free chocolate!
