Come have some fun learning how to make traditional potato gnocchi, a classic Italian style pasta. Chef Julia will show you exactly how to prepare these pillowy light dumplings and then you will practice creating perfectly shaped gnocchi. We will create a couple delicious sauces to compliment our pasta.
