Gluten Free Cooking

Our Chef will provide tips for cooking gluten-free, including how to adjust recipes that include gluten. Then we will get to work preparing a delicious meal of fruit spring rolls, cauliflower crust pizza, and fudge cookies.
Fruit Spring Rolls- fresh fruits rolled into rice paper with a fresh honey-lime dipping sauce
Cauliflower Crust Pizza- riced cauliflower with fresh herbs and Parmesan lays the foundation to build a flavorful pizza using a spicy pizza sauce, roasted seasonal veggies, and plenty of cheese!
Fudge Cookies- these egg-white based cookies are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside
