Technique and basic cooking methods will be covered in this class, suitable for the beginner cook or those who simply want a refresher. You will learn basic knife skills; how to sear, saute, and stir-fry; and how make stocks and soups. Learning these basic techniques will give you the skills and confidence you need to create delicious meals. We will be eating what we prepare, so come with a healthy appetite!

Class 1: Knife Skills,  June 26, 6:30 – 9 p.m.
Tabbouleh served with Homemade pita
