French Cooking for Lovers

Grab the one you love most and join us for a romantic evening of French cooking! Our chef will guide you through each recipe as you two create your very own French feast. At the end of class you and your loved one will cozy up at our beautiful communal table and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Fromage Fort- garlic, wine and cheese spread on toast points.
Garlic Rosemary Porcetta- pork tenderloin infused with garlic and rosemary, wrapped in bacon, seared, then roasted to perfection! Served with haricot vert, pommes rissoles (green beans and pan fried potatoes), and a wine pan sauce.
Strawberries and Cream Crepes- served with a decadent chocolate sauce.
