Four Course Wine Dinner Pairing

Come join us for our first ever 4 course Wine Dinner! JAX Cooking Studio has partnered with PRP Wine International to showcase how beautifully wines can pair with each delicious dinner course. You will still be preparing your very own meal starting with a roasted beet salad, then learning to sear scallops to perfection, and moving on to a hearty steak. Will will finish the night with a house made dessert of poached pears and ice cream. There will be a wine tasting with each course, and an opportunity to purchase the wines at the end of the night. There will also be chance to win a free tasting valued at $300 through fun trivia questions, so come ready!
