Fondant Cake Make and Take

Our pastry chef will teach you to make a beautiful cake decorated with fondant from start to finish. Fondant is very versatile and can be used to create a whimsical birthday cake or an elegant wedding cake. The focus of this class is on learning to work with fondant to decorate baked goods. Guests will be using house-prepared cakes which have cooled overnight to allow you the maximum amount of time to decorate your cakes. You will also learn to stack cakes, apply a crumb coat of buttercream frosting, finish with a fondant layer, and create roses made of fondant. That is a lot of fun in two and a half hours!

Adults: $60 or children ages 12 or older coming by themselves.
Children up to 14 years old with a Registered Adult: $35 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). Adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. If you and your child would like to each make your own full recipe, please register for two adult tickets.
