Join us in the studio for an evening of fun taking a culinary cruise through the Caribbean! Caribbean cuisine is a melting-pot of African, Creole, Cajun, Amerindian, European, Latin American, Indian/South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Chinese cuisines! Our chef will guide you through each recipe as you create your own island-time feast. Complimentary beer and wine will be served during the cooking experience.
Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Ceviche- chilled shrimp salad with lots of citrus, tropical fruits, and spicy chiles. (house-made)
Jerk Chicken Roti- spicy pan-fried chicken with flatbread and plantains.
Caribbean Coconut Creams- similar to American banana pudding, this creamy dessert is sure to delight.
Adults: $65 per person
