Flamingo Cake Make and Take

Come create a beautiful flamingo cake! Certified Pastry Chef Christi will teach you how to expertly frost a cake with buttercream icing. We’ll learn to pipe whimsical flamingos around macarons to sit on top of our cakes. And we will finish by creating summer-inspired colored chocolate designs to adorn the sides of the cake. So much fun in one class!
Note: The cake layers will be baked in advance by Chef Christi so that guests can work with cooled cakes as they learn to decorate and adorn their cakes. Each guest will receive the recipe for the cake to take home and recreate.
Bring a Minor Child to Cook with You (one cake will be shared by adult and child)
An adult registered for class may bring a minor child for $10 by registering for two tickets and entering the code “Flamingo” in the Promo Code box on the checkout page.
