Family Cooking: Lasagna from Scratch

Join us to learn the art of crafting your very own lasagna! From the pasta, to the meat sauce, to the cheese filling, our chef will show you how to make each component from scratch to create the ultimate comfort food! You’ll be eating the masterpiece you create for dinner, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Pricing:
Adults and Children over 12: $60
Children 12 years or younger with a Registered Adult: $40 (Max of 2 child tickets per registered adult, please). For pastry classes, adults registered with a child will make one recipe together. For non-pastry classes, adults and children will work together to make their meal.
Chef’s Kitchen Tickets:
When a class has sold out of regular tickets, we add two tickets in the Chef’s Kitchen up front. The guests cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them. If other guests who purchased tickets for the class are not able to attend at the last minute, the Chef’s Kitchen guests will cook at one of our eight cooking stations, not at the Chef’s Kitchen. The Chef’s Kitchen tickets are offered at a discounted rate in recognition of the flexibility requested of these guests.

Gratuity:
Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
