Eclairs and Cream Puffs

If you have always wanted to make your own eclairs and cream puffs, this class is for you! Pastry Chef Verousce will teach us to make pâte à choux, the light pastry dough that forms the base of all these delicious tender pastries. Guests will make some of each pastry to take home. Please bring containers to carry your tasty creations home.
