Each dessert featured has zero refined sugars and are made with all natural ingredients that will nourish your body while satisfying that sweet tooth of yours! Chef Meg will guide you through each recipe and give helpful tips and tricks on how to get the most flavor out of your ingredients without adding extra sugars and fats. Be sure to bring a container to take home your beneficial creations in. All recipes can be modified to fit vegan and gluten free lifestyles.
Creamy Chocolate Coconut Tarts– using dates and agave, this dessert will not let you down on the sweetness factor! We will make our very own chocolate, it’s easier than you think! Then we’ll garnish the beautiful tarts with fresh berries and toasted coconut, yum!
Almond Caramel Sandwich Cookies- crunchy almond cookies sandwiched together with delicious caramel. Seriously, so delicious! They’re also naturally gluten free, vegan, and paleo friendly!
Mint Chocolate Chip Bars- while its’s not necessary to freeze these, they’re SO amazing when they are! It feels like ice cream, without the guilt!
