Brioche is a French yeast bread that is soft, eggy, buttery, and flaky and oh so difficult to resist! Certified Pastry Chef Christi will teach us pro tips for making a delicious brioche with a silky, tender texture. Each person will make Basic Brioche Dough to take home and use for making Chocolate Babka, often served as dessert, with coffee, or as breakfast. Then you will use house-made brioche dough which has chilled overnight to make Bostock, a French pastry made of brioche bread with a creamy, frangipane topping. That’s a lot of baking fun packed into 2 1/2 hours!
