On the Day of the Dead let’s celebrate in this delicious class. We will use Mexican flavors and inspiration when crafting both sweet and savory dishes on this day honoring those who have passed. From a flavor packed empanadas to chicken with mole negro to flan, you won’t leave hungry. Complimentary wine will be served during the cooking experience.

Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
