Cooking with Julia

Julia Child is arguably America’s favorite chef. Through her book, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, and her long-running TV show, The French Chef, she inspired home cooks across the country to experiment with French cuisine. Julia had a knack for making seemingly complex dishes approachable to those of us without culinary training. In this fun, hands-on cooking class, Chef Christi will channel Julia’s sense of humor as she guides us in making some of the famous chef’s most popular recipes and learning to alter them with textures and flavors that appeal to us.
