Cooking with Craft Beer

Join us in the studio for an evening of fun learning to utilize beer in food! In this class, Chef Meg with guide you through the ins and outs of cooking with your favorite local craft beers. She will also discuss the brewing process, explaining how the flavors were developed and how that effects the food. Complimentary beer (and wine!) will be served during the cooking experience.
