Hoppin’ John — black-eyed peas and rice, a side dish super star! (guest-made)
Pineapple Glazed Ham — this glaze is slightly sweet with a little heat and fresh herbs that can’t be beat! Each guest will create their own glaze to bake on a 6 ounce portion of smoked ham.
