Cooking a Five Star Seafood Dinner with Your Valentine

Enjoy an interactive evening with your favorite someone learning the ins and out of cooking seafood. Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. The chef will teach you to perfectly sear scallops so that they are fine-dining worthy. You will also prepare a delicious tomato-poached white fish topped with an herb medley. We will finish the evening on a sweet note by making a chocolate lava cake topped with Amaretto Cream!
