Cooking a Five Star Seafood Dinner

Seafood is one of the quickest, yet most impressive meals to prepare. Chef Christi will share her tips for perfectly searing scallops that will leave your guests thinking that you attended culinary school! We will also make an impressively easy yet elegant pan-seared salmon topped with a delicious homemade pesto. And we’ll finish the evening with a light but delicious grilled nectarine dessert.
Wine will be served during the cooking!
