Child’s Birthday Party

This child’s party is available for booking. To select the date and time, add the ticket to your cart and proceed to the checkout page to pay the deposit. Once booked, we will be in touch with you.

JAX Cooking Studio offers two-hour birthday parties for children once a month on Saturdays beginning at 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. In addition to those available dates, we are available for parties during the weekday, when your child has off from school or an early release day. Birthday parties on weekdays must start no later than 3 p.m.

Another option is to book a block of tickets in one of our family cooking classes. In that instance, we assign your group to cook at nearby cooking stations and we seat you all together at your own table. You may view our family classes here: https://jaxcookingstudio.com/classes/category/family/.

Our Birthday Parties Include:
• 2 hours of chef-led instruction and supervision of hands-on cooking class
• All ingredients for menu items; kids eat what they make and take home left-overs
• Iced tap water
• Use of JAX Cooking Studio aprons during the party
• Parents may come up to 30 minutes before the party to decorate, if desired

Savory and Sweet Option:
Choose one savory item:
Personal pizza (kids make dough and house makes marinara sauce)
Beef tacos topped with cheese, sautéed veggies, and kid-made guacamole and salsa
Baked Mac-n-Cheese with ham and from-scratch cheesy bechamel sauce
Cheeseburger sliders topped with bacon, pickles, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, ketchup, and BBQ sauce

Choose one sweet item:
Four from-scratch cupcakes (kids frost cupcakes using pastry bags filled with house-made icing)
Design your own chocolate chip cookies using an assortment of fun edible add-ins
Vanilla cake balls dipped in chocolate and topped with fun sprinkles
Homemade pop tarts with from-scratch pie dough and decorated with frosting and sprinkles

Sweets Only Option — Choose two:
Eight from-scratch cupcakes (kids frost cupcakes using pastry bags filled with house-made icing)
Tray of brownies frosted with house-made chocolate glaze and sprinkles
Design your own chocolate chip cookies using an assortment of fun edible add-ins
Homemade pop tarts with from-scratch pie dough and decorated with frosting and sprinkles
Sugar cookie fruit tarts with fresh berries and pastry cream

Optional Add-ons:
• Assortment of juice, bottled water, and milk: $3 per person.
• Grazing Board (selection of cheeses, meats, dried and fresh fruits, crackers, and jam) with Crostini (serves 4-5): $65
• Mimosas (serve up to 8 people): $30.

Pricing and Policies:
• $650 for up to ten children. Each additional guest is $60.
• Fifty percent of minimum charge is required to reserve a date. Balance is due on day of party.
• Final guest count due 7 days before event and may not be reduced after this date.
• If event is canceled 30 days before scheduled event, a credit valid for one year will be issued. No credit or refunds will be issued for events canceled later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
